We at Fortune SuPoshan aim to utilize a lifecycle approach to address the issues of malnutrition and anaemia at our project sites across India.<\/strong><\/h4>

As a developing nation, today one of our biggest concerns is malnutrition and anaemia. With around 35.5% of children under the age of 5 being stunted, 32.1% underweight, 19.3% wasted, and 67.1% are still suffering from anaemia. On the other hand, 52.2% of pregnant women & 57% of women in general age group 19-45 years are anaemic. (Source: NFHS-5)<\/p>

We work with a team of development professionals and Sanginis by continuously training them on issues relating to malnutrition & anaemia. Our SuPoshan Sanginis spread awareness on these issues and facilitating a behaviour change in the communities in rural India.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    We started our journey of Project Fortune SuPoshan in May 2016 and in the first year of its inception we identified 10 locations which covered 276 villages and 5 wards. In the subsequent year, we added 4 more locations with a total of 309 villages and 5 wards. Today, the Project Fortune SuPoshan has been spread across 22 locations, 1450 villages, 5 wards and 85 slums with a total population of 15.6 lakhs.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
